What the diagnostic covers
The $80 covers the visit and the diagnosis, including pulling and reseating a built-in unit where that is what it takes to reach the fault. If you approve the repair, the $80 comes off the total. You get a written estimate — parts and labor itemised — before any part is ordered.

02 No repair prices
Why there is no price list here
A price list for repairs would be a guess. The same symptom on the same model is a cheap part on one visit and a sealed-system job on the next, and the only honest way to tell the difference is to look.
So the diagnostic fee is the only figure published on this site. Everything after it comes to you in writing, itemised, before a part is ordered. If you decline the repair, you have paid for the visit and the diagnosis and you keep the written estimate — take it wherever you like.
What happens after the repair is set out in full on the warranty page: 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts, and we fit genuine OEM parts rather than pattern equivalents.
Sealed-system work on a refrigerator or wine unit means handling refrigerant, which is federally regulated. Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification.
